Overview: We were hired to turn around an internal department facing challenges with low culture, unclear processes, and poor stakeholder satisfaction.
The Approach: We met with every employee to create a roadmap based on their feedback and our vision, streamlined operations by adding key roles, training staff, and optimizing resources, and re-tooled processes to better align with stakeholder needs and enhance satisfaction.
Results: Employee satisfaction increased from 52% to 90%, project capacity grew from 12,000 to 20,000 annually, and the department achieved more projects, awards, and industry recognition.
